Overview

This is chassis #001, an example of our "fully speced" build. This specific car is 1 of 2 used to debut the W204 DTM Bodykit at SEMA 2025, and was featured in the Toyo Treadpass. Below is an extensive build description of the car.

Bodykit R&D

Each one of our bodykits goes through a year of extensive R&D to ensure proper fitment. We use multiple methods such as, clay, foam, CAD, and Blender.

CAD

We utilize CAD to ensure everything is compatible with all the OEM mounting points

Restoration

This 2012 W204 C63 underwent a complete restoration where it was stripped down to the chassis where it was dry ice blasted. The entire engine, transmission, suspension, differential, axles, and arms are replaced

Engine

This freshly built PTG engine is our "top of the line" engine option that consists of a balanced / blueprinted engine, ARP Racing cam bolts, ARP Racing head studs, ARP Racing cam cap bolts, 1300cc injectors, and CP Carrillo forged pistons and rods. Keeping the engine naturally aspirated will lead to +/- 600HP. However, their is an optional supercharger that will boost the power to 1200 HP - 1400 HP. The engine comes with a one year warranty. The ECU and TCU have also been tuned / reprogrammed to increase performance and reliability.

Subframe Restoration

During the restoration process, the rear subframe is dropped from the car where every rubber bushing will be replaced, the OEM differential is swapped for a WaveTrac LSD, the OEM arms are changed to adjustable alloy arms, and the subframe will be powder coated to color match the exterior of the car

Wheels

We machine our own 3 piece rims using T6061 forged aluminum barrels, face, and carbon fiber lip. 20x11 on all four corners, paired with Toyo R888 315/30/20's.

Interior Restoration

We spared no expense with the interior. The entire interior was stripped from the car and was replaced with OEM Rolls Royce Mandarin Orange Nappa leather and Alcantara.

Race Inspired Steering Wheel

We have replaced the OEM steering wheel with a programmable race inspired steering wheel. Every button is programed to do a specific function on the car such as controlling the media volume, horn, answering phone calls, etc.

Brakes

We partnered with YSR to create the biggest brake kit that exists for the chassis!

Front brakes - 405mm x 36mm, 8 piston

Rear brakes - 380mm x 32mm, 6 piston

Suspension

We partnered with YSR to create a perfect balanced coilover that is not to stiff for the street but stiff enough to hold it's weight on the track. The suspension allows for 30+dampening, rebound, and camber adjustment. A cup kit can also be installed on the car at an additional charge.
