Terms and Conditions

Any purchase from Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage (“Cascade Garage”) is subject to, and limited by, the following terms and conditions, each of which is acknowledged and agreed to by the purchaser (“Purchaser”). These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure familiarity with the most recent applicable terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be provided except where required by applicable law within the United States. Product pricing is subject to change upon written notice. Any written or oral representations or promises regarding product performance, including but not limited to increased horsepower, improved engine performance, or enhanced fuel efficiency, are unauthorized and expressly disclaimed in all respects.

Purchaser agrees not to rely on any such statements or representations. Purchaser acknowledges that certain products are designed for off-road or competition use only and may void manufacturer warranties. The Purchaser assumes all risks associated with installation, modification, and use of any product, including but not limited to the risk of damage to the vehicle’s engine, drivetrain, or other systems.

The Purchaser agrees to release, waive, hold harmless, and indemnify Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage, its distributors, retailers, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities—whether arising by contract, negligence, statute, or strict product liability—related to the purchase, sale, installation, or use of the product.

Pricing

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. The Purchaser acknowledges that the contractual relationship exists solely between the Purchaser and Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage, and not with any third party, dealer, or reseller.

Resale and Liability

The Company assumes no liability for products resold by the Purchaser or purchased on behalf of a third party. The Purchaser agrees not to resell any product without the express written authorization of the Company. Unauthorized resale voids any applicable warranty and releases the Company from all associated liabilities.

Force Majeure

Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage shall be relieved of any obligations or liabilities for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, earthquakes, natural disasters, labor disputes, war, or government actions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Warranty Policy

Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage provides a limited 1-year warranty on parts from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials, construction, fitment, or finishing issues identified during proper installation.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, impacts, or third-party actions
Improper installation or modification
Use in unsafe or competitive environments, including but not limited to racetracks, racing events, or high-performance driving schools

The warranty applies only when parts are installed by authorized professional installers or dealerships. Any improper installation or alteration voids warranty coverage. For questions regarding care, maintenance, or warranty eligibility, customers should contact Cascade Garage directly.

Return Policy

All products are made or sourced for specific vehicle applications. Once shipped, order changes or cancellations are at the sole discretion of Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage.

Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization from the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or credited.
