Product Disclaimer

By purchasing this product, the consumer acknowledges that they have conducted independent research regarding the benefits, risks, and potential consequences of modifying their vehicle with aftermarket components, including but not limited to carbon fiber, tuning products, or performance parts. The consumer understands that vehicle modification carries inherent risks of damage, malfunction, or loss of manufacturer warranty coverage.

Both parties agree that Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage (“Cascade Garage”) shall be held harmless from any liability arising from the installation, use, or performance of this product.

The dealer or consumer is not absolved of responsibility through ignorance and is hereby informed that the installation of aftermarket components is undertaken at their own risk. By installing this product on a vehicle, the consumer and/or installer assumes all responsibility and consequences, including but not limited to vehicle damage, voided warranties, or noncompliance with local regulations.

Special Order Policy

All aftermarket and performance products are considered special-order items and are not returnable without the prior written consent of Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage.

Authorized dealers are responsible for communicating all product disclosures, terms, and conditions to their customers prior to sale or installation.

Post-Installation and Troubleshooting

Following installation, some vehicles may require additional troubleshooting, recalibration, or diagnostic work to ensure proper function. Components or sensors near the end of their service life may fail or require replacement as a result of increased system demand.

Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage shall not be held responsible for diagnostic costs, troubleshooting expenses, replacement parts, or consequential damages that may arise after installation.

The purchaser and/or reseller assumes all risks associated with modifying a used or aged vehicle and is responsible for educating themselves about common performance characteristics, limitations, and potential failure points of their specific vehicle platform.

It is the reseller’s responsibility to fully inform the end user of these terms and conditions prior to sale or installation.

Waiver and Release

I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Dynamic Tuning Motorwerks, LLC dba Cascade Garage, and its owners, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, expenses, causes of action, or lawsuits—whether known or unknown, in law or equity—arising from or in any way related to the purchase, installation, or use of any product or service provided by the Released Parties.

This waiver and release shall be binding upon the purchaser, their heirs, assigns, successors, and legal representatives.

By purchasing or installing this product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this disclaimer and waiver in full, and accept all associated risks without limitation.
